Crockpot Conquering . . .

Maybe someday I will write about something other than food . . . but for those of you waiting breathlessly to hear about my next kitchen adventure (which I know all of you are) I used my crockpot for the first time on Sunday! What a great idea--a crockpot--put all of this stuff in it, turn it on low, and just let it sit there all day and cook a delicious meal to be enjoyed with little time and effort! I made Italian Chicken, and wow, it was delicious! I actually got this recipe from several different people, so I figured it must be a good one. I used the crockpot liner, which was an excellent invention. The chicken was very tasty and the sauce mixture had a delicious flavor to it. We had potatoes and carrots with it and it was a taste sensation! I highly recommend it and look forward to making it many times. If anyone has any other crockpot recipes (no squirrels please Kelly, I'm only just now liking chicken) they would like to share, I would love it. It's nice to be able to throw it all in in the morning and then I don't have to worry about it for after work! I would really like to learn how to make a roast!
